Hi there, my name is reuben, i dont own a buell but want to ask some advice, hope this be the right place to post, if not i am sorry.
I have been looking to get a new bike, and buell's keep popping into my mind. I would like some advice form anyone out there willing to give some. Some history, i learnt to ride a small bike on a yamha sr250 and also a 50 cc rickshaw for a year in china (brakes were actuall on a pully system that you had to stamp on, stopped within 50 metres

. Any way i got my bigger bike licence in brisbane australia and they gave me a 900 somthing harley to do the test on, needless to say it wrecked me, cause i been searching for that sound every since. I moved to london for a little last year and got my self a first big bike, a yamaha diversion 900, sensible, and took a 3 week tour down to san sebastian, through the pyrinese over to girona, and came back to london to live 1 year later. I learnt on my travels, that i dont like going really fast, (like over 130kmh) but really enjoy cornering. So i am based in london now and wanted to get a more fun bike to ride. My diversion weighs 250kg and i am short and light (like 167cm 68kg), its heavy and cubersom, i can do it, but i am wanting something more fun to ride. i was getting interested in a used cyclone... i wanna be able to tour a little, with a pillion if i want, but also be able to weave in traffic and get out of the city for solo missions... the reason i was looking at buells is just cause, on totalllysuperficial level, i cant get away from that intial feeling i had getting on that harley, the twin, the sound and vibration, but hate how a harley corners. the cyclone looks like it might have enough room for a pillion on the seat comfortabally, and quite a low seat height, the ullyses looks like ited be way to high for me... so thats a long story, any advice most appriciated...
kind regards
reuben
