Hello all.

Just thought id drop a couple of lines to say hello and introduce myself to the forum, just got myself a 2006 xb9sx with carbon air box cover and quill exhaust and now all i got to do is pass me D.A.S and ill be ready for some fun. First time i saw my mates buell it made small children in the street cry and i thought to myself, i want one!!, so here i am and i cant stop looking at the stumpy bugger. Some of you may be thinking, stupid sod what's he bought that for when he aint got a license, well let me tell ya, it came at a sensible price and no one gets me ought for chrimbo so i get my own prezzies and this was one i couldn't resist, not only that, if this thing aint incentive enough to get that piggin test done then i don't know what is.
Had a few quid laying around from me old bikes that id sold so i thought id put it into another, with the conniving government sailing the uk into the abyss faster than you can say global warming "cough splutter" thought id better get summut for me quid's before they where worthless and as buell have gone tits up then its only gonna become a future classic, well thats what i reckon.
So, there you have it, just like to wish everyone a lovely chrimbo and a prosperous new year, ya never know we, might all get lucky and have a meteorite land on the copenhagen global warming "cough splutter" summit and do for all those lying b*stards in one go,YIPPEEEEEEEE. :o

Merry chrimbo, don't get fat now.
Majormac. :D

ps, ill get some pic;s on in the new year when ive put some more carbon on it, shit did i just say carbon :shut:

I had a bike on the road before I was old enough for a licence - until my Dad found out, sold the bike (500 Matchless) and beat the shit out of me

When you see what them old matchie 500's are fetching now i bet you feel like kicking the shit out of your old man. One of me mates is a classic bike restorer, he's got triumph's norton's and a matchie 500. He does all manner of blasting bead, wet, dry, you name it and he can clean it up lovely, just finished a load of stuff for one bloke with two vincent rapides mind you the old jap stuff is getting very collectable so if you see any old kwacka kh's knocking about get em bought, fetching stupid money, makes me wish id hung on to me old kh 250 triple.
Never mind, got me buell now so looking forward to riding that and getting out to some of the events in the new year, was at my mates today and he said the sportster engine is a lovely engine and if out ever goes wrong there a smashing lump to work on, just in case the bloke in the newbie forum up from me who's crapping himself before its even broke reads this, flap not, enjoy. ;)

Peace out
The Major. :D

Yes Adam.
When i was a lad we used to ride to school on an old bsa bantam 175, 3 up, one on the bars, one in the saddle and one hanging off what was left of the back mud gaurd, we lived in the countryside so before anyone starts screaming irresponsible rest up.
The good old days before health and safety raped the fun out of life and the pc meddling
government sided with any tree hugging arsehole they thought would get them a vote.
Time for my favourite film to become a reality, V for vendetta, dont know if you've seen it but its long gone time for those corrupt hidden agendared thieving toerags to get thier
comeuppance, dismount soapbox or ill be here all day.

:sad1: miss the old days when you could go out dirt riding without the old bill spending £800 quid an hour on helicopters to come and treat you like a terrorist and crush your bike, otherwise known as secretly sell it through one of their buyer/recycling partners, or is that just me being paranoid, me thinks not.

Peace out.
The Major.

I bought another Matchless soon after for £12  and it was the Comp model CS (with the studs through the barrel).
Still got a Bantam (ish) trials bike. Home made frame, over 200cc and reed valve on the motor. 'tis a screamer

Ay up Adam. :yup:
Did an enduro in oswestry a couple of years ago with the cotswold enduro club, lovely place from what we saw of it whilst ripping through like nutters in the countryside, brilliant weekend, nearly got stopped as the f@*cking ramblers association decided that out of all the days in the year that they were gonna walk across part of the course that sunday, bearing in mind that pete plans these enduro's well in advance with all the relevant bodies and authorities, that got a rousing reception at the morning pep talk and needless to say the shambler's had to keep their selves on a low profile "cretins".
Me and my mate built a bantam trials at school as part of our metalwork project, by the time we'd finished the frame was chopped that much you couldn't ride it sitting down, thats unless you didn't mind your knees in your eye's "went for a bit to much ground clearance me thinks, we where young, looked wicked though.
You still got the CS, saw one at stanford hall founders day, hefty price tag mind bout 5k.

Yes grease monkey. :yup: agent smith fighting for the good of mankind for a change.
All you have is your guns and bullets and the hope that by the time you have shot them all i'll be dead, CLASS.
I find it so hard to believe that people cant see how easy it would be to have that happen
im not on about the loading of the train with explosives bit and riding it straight up the arse of parliament although that would be nice but the down tools and march on the scum.
The veneer of control over everyone is so fragile and im talking on a global scale that it would just shatter like an egg shell if everyone stood up as one and said on ya bike we aint playin no more, good one to watch on youtube, THE MONEY MASTER'S, about 22 parts but it will show you stuff about the people and specific families that have created this world of debt we are all anchored to, very interesting stuff that is backed up by evidence over hundred's of years, watch it and let me know what you make of it.
Right!, of to polish me buell, merry festive season to all and just remember dont let the man grind you down, tell him to get te f@*k. :headbang:

Peace out
The Major. ;) :D :yup:
ps, anyone on the forum had any dealings with mdi carbon on ebay, they have good feedback but as the clued up ones among us know, this can be manipulated.

Was the Enduro at Nantmawr Quarry? My Cousin (in law) owns that area 8-)

Mick Andrews (ex trials/scrambles ace) had the last of my CS parts for his Matchless/BSA race bike. Bloody fast it is too. Tried to buy it back off him a few years ago because he'd stopped Classic Scrambling and was building a helicopter :o

Hi greasemonkey :D
Fractional reserve scanking would be a better word for it, what about nathan rothschild what an absolute ba@*ard and how the newly formed federal reserve bank share holders bought the bank shares with money payed back to the bank in interest from the government borrowing, surely knowing who the share holders where then would mean that the same greedy money grubbing power crazed families that own and run that whole farce now are one and the same so knowing how they acquired their control of the bank then you would think they would be relieved of that control.
The very same people that decided that it would be a good idea to create sub prime lending and crash the whole world whilst taking trillions of pounds and dollars with them in the process knowing that they could then blackmail the worlds governments into making the ordinary man in the street foot the bill again in the way of public/tax bailouts.
And all this when we where just finished paying for world war ll, you smell a rat !!, good old blightie out of debt, we cant have that now can we, no good to us if there free of debt lets f*ck things up so badly there paying for decades, that'll do nicely.
Stopping now or someone on here will pull me for being to political, sorry, i cant help seeing the truth even if most of the worlds cattle wont believe it even when their slapped in the face with it on a daily basis, glad you found it interesting and informative anyhow mate, loads of stuff like that on the net if your interested, so much in fact its painfull to know it and know that nothings being done about these parasites. :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

Peace out
The Major :x
ps, on a lighter note im still looking for some help/instuctions on how to get my avatar pic on, bit dim on the pooter me :? :hehe:

Not my favourite film but my favorite graphic novel :-) I've got all 10 issues in attic back from the 80's.

I love the line Alan Moore says in the intro

"I'm thinking of taking my family and getting out of this country soon. It's cold and it's mean-spirited and I don't like it here ..."
