I have a 1998 Buell Lightning S1, with full Buell pro-race kit and a Corbin solo seat. Here's a picture with the stock parts I have as well. I recently replaced the handle bars with a set of "Jim Odom pattern" flat track racing bars that I bought at A+A Racing in Redwood City, California, with one inch risers they fit me very nicely. The Buell is my "street tracker". For normal daily riding I have my 2011 Triumph Speed Triple. I've been riding (legally, on the street) since I got my license in 1964.

Welcome Robin, nice pictures of your bike and all the bits that fell off
I might be working in Canada in the summer, just filling the forms out now strangely enough.
Best colour combination IMO :yup:

New Brunswick on Canada's east coast may be closer to Britain than to Calgary, but I drive back and forth (in a Ford truck with a bike in the back) to Calgary, Alberta all the time (approx. 5000 kilometers each way). I'm originally from that area and until I gave it to my son last year, I had a small rural place there, on my maternal grandfather's former ranch. My grandfather was from rural Lincolnshire. He was a student at Cambridge until his father died (his father taught agricultural science at Cambridge), then he immediately moved to Western Canada to become a cowboy...which he was, working for different ranches for many years in the late 19thc. until he bought his own ranch north of Calgary around 1900.

Hi Robin - welcome aboard.

As Digger says, I'll be over in Bridgewater and Martins Brook, Nova Scotia next month. Still several hundred Km from the centre of New Brunswick, but fairly close in the great scheme of things!

Dave
