Hi. Thanks for approving membership. After having coveted a Buell for years (but having insufficient funds) I now own (from new) a 2009 XB12Scg with a few cosmetic (and hopefully tasteful mods) and apart from a few early niggles it is such a brilliant ride but mileage shared with a Ducati 1098 so still a bit low. Am hopeful of attending some rideouts in the future not too far away (Berks.) and in good weather!!! Also on tech. side I have an upgraded ECM from Twin Motorcyles in Netherlands which is brill and I am sure there must be other members who have one (?) but would like to explore more of this ECM Spy goody to see if it can be even finer tuned? Any experience or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome Mr Man, to UKBEG

You are in luck as we have a few very fine ECM tuners amongst us who are usually happy to help where they can. Plenty in and around Berks and there isn't a shortage of days out either (see events section)

Stick a picture up of your bike if you feel like it, always nice to see members rides (Norm ... no!)

:yup:

And don't let the rain stop you riding ............. Buells don't dissolve despite what lots of people think and as long as you keep your head above the water it doesn't harm humans either ;)
Buells also make good long distance bikes
X1 2000 miles in a long weekend
1125cr over 3000miles in a two week period.
;)
