So, the bikes they are making that "cannot be registered for road use".

Would the DVLA know about that? Register one as a standard imported 1125R after you put a light and some indicators on it?

The Euro spec one is putting out more power than the new BMW S1000RR. Admittedly that has traction control and costs a hell of alot less.
