Hi Maz

Any 1125 solutions or is it largely not required, my belt seems very tight at the moment

Quite a lot of hardware holds the tensioner wheel, it is not as easy as filing the holes oval as one end is threaded.

A challenge for a CAD jockey and CNC king...

IMO, yes.
Not seen any failures other than wheel and idler bearings and although 2010 models have 2 bearing on the drive side, they still have the same idler wheel bearings and even if the Rotax gearbox output bearing is bulletproof ?, it's having one hell of a hard life from that belt......it's so tight, you can literally play a tune on it :ill:

My bike is quite noisy on the overrun, could that be anything to do with the vaccum assist slipper clutch?
