:yup: :yt:

running 1/2 US gearing on my X1 with the larger rear sprocket (mines a Sportster one )
however you need a mate with a lathe to open out the central hole slightly 2mm IIRC ?
I only used the Sportster pulley as it was easier to source :yup:

Don :sun:

I’ve just found this on link posted in this thread
https://spareto.co.uk/products/contitec ... belt/hb128

Please can someone confirm it’s the correct belt for my 2000 X1

Thanks for the link, have spoken to the seller and he doesn't know year of manafacture so I'm inclined to go for a new belt.

Is the one I shared above going to be ok?

I'm not sure, it's listed as a timing belt rather than a final drive belt, I've always bought the genuine item when I've had to get one.

Fair point on that :yup:

Also revisited the Spareto page and saw that the belt is actually too wide at an inch and a half, should be an inch and an eighth!........must of man looked the first time
