Not looking to buy from anyone here, but needing to find out which (reasonably priced) handlebars from anywhere on the internet are definitely 22mm and not 7/8". Most adverts on ebay say 22mm/ 7/8". I'm looking for some for my BMW K100, and you can't slide the controls over 7/8" bars. I have found some suppliers that specify 22mm, but they all seem ridiculously priced.

What do the BMW dealers suggest?
Can you not rework the control housings to fit?

BMW dealers (not that I've been to one) would suggest BMW bars, and they're not cheap lOl Difficult to rework the housings, especially as I'm trying to avoid taking them off.

Well they came in the post, and they are indeed 22mm................................underneath the feckin paint :evil: just spent a good hour or so sanding it off the ends :headbang:

I thought bars were 22.2 anyway, which is the same as 7/8"?
