Do you think the 1190/helicon could be brought In line with euro4/5 emissions requirements yet remain competitive?

There seems to be a shift to V4 happening with a few other manufacturers, perhaps this is wjere EBR will head?
Perhaps Funds may restrict R&D on that front and may decide to fettle with the existing to attempt to bring in line?

What would that do to the already top line price point?
