I have always thought them to be ugly, but there is no questioning that there is something rather elegant about them. 8-)

I'm a bit miffed my she'd is full to the gun whales or that x1 would have found itself in there. I did manage to squeeze a classic stink wheel in there 2 weeks ago. New shed is being planned 8-)

Last attempt to try and sell the S2 to an enthusiast, Have been approached by a potential purchaser, but the bike will end up as an engine and log book donor, not how I envisaged this bikes life, but needs must, so as much as it pains me. I am now considering this route. I have a week to decide.
Maz can confirm ££ invested in engine alone, so am amazed this hasn't been snapped up but I suppose it just isn't an S1 :headbang:
I truly believe the asking price to be fair and with the spares a steal
If anyone is interested please let me know,

When I was selling my S1 on ebay, within 24 hours bidding was up to £5k from a guy who chopped motorcyles. I quickly withdrew it from sale, and sold it for less money to an enthusiast on here.
I just couldn't bare for it to end up as a chopper!

Sorry, that sounds condescending. Its your bike, and entirely up to you how and who you sell it to.
Its just such a fine example. :(

No problem Lucky, I am just in a position where I need the $$ right now, but hate to think of this happening, the S2 has a lot of history with me, so it is going to take a lot of thinking on, I was just hoping someone here who might of being thinking on purchasing, is aware time maybe running out and I would kick myself to let it go and then be contacted after the event.
My sporty I sold recently ended up as an engine and log book, and I was absolutely gutted, but I had sold that to a third party who then moved it on again within weeks for less than they paid me, and the take offs then went for pennies on the bay
. OK I got the money I wanted but to see a bike I built for the missus end up like that was a bitter pill to swallow, but times are hard out there so I will stop bitchin ;)

Any interest in the S2 with or without the spares LMK

So what are they offering you for the S2? If someone knew the price perhaps they might match it and save it? I am assuming its not dirt cheap or perhaps it is. If it was someone might save it by matching the price then both you and them would be happy?
