Hi all, I'm not even a newbie yet! :)
I'm dead set to buying a buell, I think they are the best looking bikes around and I have come here to get some useful info from those that already own one, I havent decided which model to buy yet but I'm drawn to the lightning because of the look of the bike. This might even be the best place to buy one lets see. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thanks in advance.

Hello out there, when you say lightning do you mean a tube Frame or XB?
Tube frames run from 1996 to 2002 and XBs 2003 to 2010

Said he wanted a Buell...... so that must mean a tube framed model as all that followed were just rebadged H-D's.......might have been Eriks brain child but reduced to bic razors by the corporate bean counters :)
