I think most things should of been sorted on a '09' though

There's very few Recalls on the '09 but there's some Upgrades that are worth doing.
Check yours isn't affected by the cheese cam chain tensioner fiasco. There's certain build dates that should be recalled (a 'GOOD' Dealer will tell you what they are or do a search on here.) If it is an afflicted bike, then there's a cheap bodge to fix it that goes under the title of 'Recall'.
