I've just got my heated grip kit for my 1125CR and it looks as though I'm going to have to muck about with the throttle cables to install the rhs grip.
Can someone with a manual have a look and let me know how to set them up please as I've not received my manual yet.

Cheers.

It's okay you don't have to adjust them just transfer them over to the new throttle grip.
If anyone is thinking of getting the Buell heated grips they are very easy to fit and if you've got one of the later bikes like me they plug straight in couldn't be easier.
I bought them from St Pauls HD from the States for £95 an the shipping was £20 plus £25 customs charge so £140 in total compared to £175 plus vat from a dealer here.
I'm also getting a manual for £30 and they should have sent it with the grips so only £4 for shipping and I'm hoping I wont get charged customs on that.

Ok It's not massive savings but every little helps. :D

There is no VAT on books, so if you get charged, contest it....

Make sure they say on the customs declaration that it is a book...

Customs? Thieving b*stards. Pity they don't charge immigrants £25 ea to get into the country. I'm so f*cking angry, I've just dropped one of my garlic peelers in my moat. It took my secretary 5mins to fill out the claim form for that. :headbang:
