Seen at Castle Coombe today, the new Buell performance Academy chain and rear swingarm/suspension conversion for pillion track rides. Seems to work pretty well, taking some abuse; wheelies and stoppies two up  and a good thrashing round the track :D

I don't believe there were any probs with any of the 1125s this morning excellent fun on track.

Did you ride one ? I'd be interested on how the tyres performed - the rear looks like the Pirelli Corsa BSB and I'm considering them as my next tyres.

And as for the chain - it's sacrilege on a Buell - personally I'm glad of the belt.

Sorry SM didn't notice what tyres were on the bikes. Took 1125r and CR round track and had no issues with tyres at all, all were well scrubbed to the edges.
The chain conversion was on the Buell Academy bike ridden by Matt Llewellyn who is a bit handy as a racer I reckon. ;)

If it does exist then it sounds like it will be a replacement for the XBRR - for the racetrack only.

I'd rather hang on to the side stand than that £1 shop towel rail screwed to a plastic tank
