| Post subject: | Front brake line length on x1 |
Hi guys, Was out on the bike yesterday and a mate noticed my brake line had a singe on it from the header pipe, can anyone tell me what the right length of braided hose that is needed to get replaced? Also the rear brake is non existent unless i stand on it with full weight, is there a better fix (doesn't have a normal reservoir) |

I put a 750 buildaline on an s1 and it was a bit too long , a 700mm one was put on another s1 and it was great. Measure your old one to give you an idea , allow for the banjos. |

Just fitted a 525mm goodridge build a line with 2 x 45` degree banjos and bolts with M10 x 1.25 banjo bolt with brake switch incorporated to 1997 s1 with x1 swingarm Picture is of same setup on my x1 framed bike
