Having replaced the bearings when I came to replace the wheel back into the FS tensioner, it doesn’t really seem to fit properly. It appears to have been spaced out with an extra washer. I don’t imagine this how it’s supposed to be? But hopefully someone can look at the pictures and provide some advice. Oh 2006 Uly by the way.

That's exactly as it should be but the washer should be on the outside to push the idler inboard.

Brilliant! Thanks for that, it’s a reminder to take photos before I take things apart and don’t plan to reassemble straight away.
