I have two rear alloy pulleys - one is 4mm deep and the other 3mm. I'm running the 3mm one at the moment but suspect a bit of belt slip (although I'm probably in denial because its g.box problem almost certainly). About 10% of the chrome on the pulley lugs is missing too.
How often do rear pulleys need replacing
I suppose HD dealers will be as cheap as any supplier and do US spec
