My breather bolts that hold the carb on have come loose yet again ![]() I have tried every type of loctite or sealant and just got back from a ride and the front bolt was hanging off !!! http://www.r-r-customizing.de/shop_b_eng/index.html The bolts i'm using are like the RRC ones but just can't stop them from working loose I think i may have to go back to the stock type ones as at least the front one has a "jam" nut to secure it. Any ideas ???? Tuber 2001 M2 |

Try degreasing both sets of threads and apply a dab of threadlocker. Using copper washers seems quite effective, too. |

Done that,it didn't last ![]() I just don't think the banjos and bolts i have are any good,i may go back to the ones that came with the kit as i have been farting around with these for about 2 years ![]() I'm using the much heavier Nallin backing plate for the K&N and this could be a problem ? |

It didn't work for me, either, the first couple of goes. Then I took the time to degrease properly, using brake cleaner on a rag and this time it seems ok. |
