Hello,on way to work my xb 9 firebolt stopped on me,i switched off at key and switched on,neutral light on, no twin red light no pump and no starter.Has any one any idea thanks mark

Relay? Swap them around and see if there is a difference...

There is a manual a few threads up, with wiring diagrams IRRC. Great for fault finding...

Not sure if it's like on an X1 but on those a broken earth wire gives a very similar problem ;)

Well this is fun,rang maz,nice guy,turns out ignition fuse blowing,maz said trace wireing,what a job that is,my bike in bits,well must carry on

well now as i plug loom back in it has stopped blowing fuse,bugger

Check round the headstock for chaffing

Try it with a lightbulb with two wires on it (stick the wires in the fuse block)
Now you wiggle/bent the wire lome till the lightbulb lights up ,then you are on the right track to find a short or scaffed wire.

The most common places for a short or scaffed wires in the xb wiring is arround the battery tray and the steering neck.
