Assuming the TPS reset has been done correctly, adjust fuel in idle, that all cell show the same average EGO correction.

I have the same problem when engine is hot. can you explain the "adjust fuel in idle, that all cell show the same average EGO correction." bit for me

Log a few minutes in idle, then run logfile analysis and watch avg. EGO corr. results. If these differ more than 0.02, then change fuel map cells to balance fuel in the idle area.
