I may be talking out my a*se, but I know that the Blast can suffer from a blocked fuel filter/valve. Just wondered if it could be something like this??? Only a suggestion.... It might be worth a try if there is one on your Buell.

All injection fuel systems have a fuel filter. So yes it does.

had error code 15 on my x1 after i had re-positioned the Iat sensor due to aftermarket air filter change, it would not start , checked plugs for spark, fuel etc, still nothing, took the sensor out and held tip between finger and thumb, turned ignition on, waited for managment light to go out and it started.
God knows what the problem was.

Right this thing is weird. Brought it back to bury, put it in garage and it started, only on one cylinder mind. So going to strip the plugs out again tommorow and give that another go. :?

These engines don't like to be started and stopped in cold weather without letting them warm up...

I'd guess you flooded it trying to start it and now one cylinder has dryed out enough to run the other one now has a fouled spark plug ;)
