Cheers JBR. Do you have any pics of the new clutch cover and front brake routing, so I know what to look for? I pick it up next weds.
What is the latest map for these, or should there be ones available for mod'ed exhaust etc.?
I think the bike was manufactured in oct 2008 and reg'd in Feb 2009. Ex-demo from Silverstone HD.
That fuel consumption of yours seems fine for an unfaired bike with good power.
100 miles on the bolt 9 was using ~10 litres, which is around 45mpg.
Roll on next wednesday

The Rev B puck on the clutch cover is larger that the previous one and the recall brake line routing keeps the cable on the outside of the R/H fork. If you do a search, I've put photos of both of these on the site.
More importantly, it's essential that you establish the EXACT build date of your bike. If it was built between 11/4/08 - 11/9/08 then it will have a duff rear cam chain guide fitted which can shed plastic and clog your oilways - and ulitmately fuck your motor. There was a recall on this, not to replce the crap guide, oh no, that would be too expensive, the recall fitted a weaker tensioner system to protect the guide from getting chewed

P/N for this recall part is F0022.2AM.A
The '09 models have a metal fuel rail junction instead of the '08 plastic one, which leaks or can break.
