Could any member please tell me what the torque setting is for these bolts, and should they be loctighted and what strength.

Have a look at the S1 manual in the download section - that will have all the torque settings .

Lube the bolt hex and washer to reduce friction and get a correct torque setting.
New bolts are always a good idea ;)

New bolts, copperslip the shank and washer, locktite the thread.

60ftlb, back out 1 turn and then back to 60ftlb.
