Having this Buell X1 project for a couple weeks now made me think about putting dual brake rotors on.
Just for fun and because i haven't already enough to do lOl

So my question "does any of you know or have experience with what rotors are fitting?
Any Jap or Italian motorcycle rotors that have the same bolt pattern and circle diameter?
I know there is more involved ,but starting with getting information which way to go and how much to spend.
Trying to do this on a low budget kind of way

Have looked and tried to find more information about early Ducati and Suzuki rotors , but haven't found much.

If I'm correct the buell bolt circle pitch for the front rotor is 58.8

Picture is for attention
But if someone knows the brand , let's hear!

Yes i could swap complete front end!
But this X1 has shiny PM wheels
And I actually want to keep them.

I have been looking at this recently. I got some Nissin N6-90R/L calipers as they are very similar to the Buell ones but the Buell discs are offset and the calipers are offset too compared to the N6s, they are about 10mm further outboard. This meant that the inboard side of the N6 calipers fouled the wheel spokes when mounted to the fork and wouldn't be centred on the disc anyway.

I had found this image of a set that was being sold some years back using what look like 4 pot brembo callipers from Moto-Guzzi/Monster if it helps any although this is showing discs with a 6 hole pattern. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Cheers
Stot
