Anybody got a few pics of one mounted ? ....got one for Muffin but think there is a bar missing possibly that should fit under subframe..also suspect although it was together when I received it that the sidebars are the wrong way round.

the one on my m2 has a tie bar...sounds like your missing a bit m8. Not rocket science to make one

I think I can scan the instructions if I can find them. There should be a crossbar underneath which you can make out of a bit of threadbar and 4 nuts if it's missing.

I've had this rack stored amongst lots of other stuff and trying to remember if it had a crossmember when it arrived.
If i've got some pics I can soon make one up though.

Rack fitted with just two small cutouts required in the home made undertray to allow the clamps to fit onto the inside of subframe.....looks like the previous owner never had the cross piece as there was two nuts and bolts that had been used to fasten L brackets to the clamps ...have fitted it the same for now and will make up a 237mm cross brace at work ...I think the main time that the brace does anything is if the L brackets are left on without any form of rack or handrail.
