Had some seriously good service from them today. Got my brake recall kit sorted 8-) and gave my 1125 the latest ECU reflash (it's one most dealers are unaware of ;) - I can post up its title and part number if anyone is interested) and got the very latest, and possibly the first, Rev C?, clutch release mechanism fitted, the parts came direct from Rotax 8-) Let's see if this chappie keeps the fluid in
For all of you without these updates, you need to visit an excellent dealer :D

Thank you very much Chaps (and ladies) :D

Mine is two miles from me (Stratstone, Chingford) and such a bunch of :tosser:s. I am happy to ride to The Foundry, Canterbury because they know what they are doing, the price is good, it is a good ride out and the cafe next door does a brill bacon buttie. What more in life is there .

One thing I should say about HD Chingford is that Bev, the parts manager, is cool and does know what she is on about. Shame on the others though. They seem to think a Buell is something that shares a field with a cow :headbang:.

I wonder if they have any more clutch kits in the country, I'll have to give Buell customer services a call ;)

Manchester H-D Buell are the UK's premier Buell dealership IMO.....they dont post on here, or make a big deal out of it but right from their DP to the bike valeter, everyone who works at the dealership is very focused/professional and are friendly, genuinely nice people.
The dealership also boasts the very best/most knowledgeable parts person I have ever had the privilege to meet (thanks Dave :worthy: ) and a very professional team in the workshop.
Sales staff know their Buells as well as the armchair stuff......the sales manager is a Buell nut/owner....sound familiar ?
Oh and the after sales manager (Alison) is a babe
