People are often led to believe the old Bridgestone 020's were dual compound, however they were NOT!! I cannot comment about the newer versions though ![]() ![]() |

My CR has Diablo corsa III's on it, apparently 3 zone compound or something? I have noticed that they don't seem to be Flatspotting like the dunlop sportmax's I had on my Bolt (i'm not gonna compare the Uly) Couldn't say if it goes round corners better than it would on other rubber as I have yet to change them, thinking about Road attacks when I do change them though |

Depends what sort of riding you do. I had a set of Dragon Pro's that were treadless at 2,500 Km's. I've now got Corsa III's with the same Kms and plenty of tread. Unfortunately the right hand side has a flat spot all the way round (still has tread on it, but it's now a different profile). I bought these for longer road life, but my cunning plan hasn't worked. If you do road and track something like a Corsa III will wear out the edges first on the track. If you have something like a Dragon Pro you'll wear out the middle tread first on the road - to reiterate - it depends what sort of riding you're planning ![]() |

Fucking tyres again ..... As most people here are not registered racers, i would summise that most would not be able to take most sports touring tyres to their limit, so I doubt any of us will get anywhere near the limit on a track/sports tyre ... I know of people , on sports touring tyres that can run rings around those on the real sticky stuff - it's about ability , judgement, focus and skill. Buy whatever makes yer willy look bigger in the car park. I would suggest that standard pirelli corsas would even suit Valentino if he road a Buell |
