For all of you that took part in the recent UKBEG Buell Challenge:

When you have collected all your sponsorship money together would you please make a cheque out to The Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Charity and send it to us at:

UK Buell Enthusiasts Group
PO Box 271
Dewsbury
WF12 0WA

Ideally we would like all the cheques to be with us by the 7th June - thank you.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We require 3 Buell motorcycles* for the UKBEG cheque presentation and publicity photo shoot at Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, on Saturday afternoon, 20th June.

Location details: http://www.papworth-hospital.org.uk

Please let us know if you can help us out - thank you.

*It doesn't matter if you didn't actually take part in the Buell Challenge.

Ok, though I won't get to see some of my sponsors again til the 29th, will try to get it sorted before then but I don't know where they live.

(and I want to see how much Kev raises before I hand mine in  ;) )

Roz - if that's the case then it would be best to have the 7th June as a new deadline.

I'll get the rest of the money easily Chris, it's the band guys and their posse that I won't see - if it doesn't amount to much (I do know some of them) I can send it in and they can owe me - no prob xxx

I've also posted the following information in this topic: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=112&p=4706#p4706

I've updated UKBEG's Emma's Charity donation page: https://www.bmycharity.com/V2/ukbeg

As of today, 20-05-09, the 2009 total now stands at £3,056.89 :P..

The 'off-line' amount of £2,370.35 is made up of the following:

£75.00- Sale of Buell Knee Sliders donated by Buell USA. Bought by various people.

£150.00- Sale of signed XB12 shield donated by Erik Buell. Bought by Ian (Greasemonkey)

£153.85- Sale of Buell Race Bag donated by Buell UK. Bought by John (Digger)
Note: due to a computer glitch when John made his on-line donation his payment went direct into the main Papworth account and not through UKBEG's donation page. It amounted to £120.00 + £33.85 Gift Aid. I've included this amount in the 'off-line' total for 'accounting' purposes. £153.85 will be deducted from the final 'off-line' total that is presented to Papworth after the UKBEG Buell Challenge has taken place.

£50.00 - Cash donation from Rick who signed up to do the UKBEG Buell Challenge but who couldn't take part because of his new job.

£549.00- the amount raised to date from the sale of UKBEG Buell Challenge event packs and UKBEG/Buell limited edition T-shirts.

In our possession as of 20-05-09 as cheques and cash, direct sponsorship amounts raised from those who took part in the UKBEG Buell Challenge.
£178.00 Paul (Spook)
£716.50 Jane Jessop
£498.00 Chris Jessop

Note: This does not include the 'on-line' donations as sponsorship, which in many cases have earned an extra 28% in Gift Aid. These donations can be viewed here

Jane and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed so far. We have already comfortably exceeded our 2009 target of £2,500.00
