Good luck getting your money back if it doesn't fit properly or when it cracks. As it surely will. |

These tanks have been on sale for a while now from various vendors and more interestingly at wildly different prices partly depending on supplier/which e-bay site you use. Personally at this level I'd save my pennies a bit longer and buy a home market one. |

Just about every seller on fleabay is based in China now, getting increasingly difficult to find things even supplied in this country let alone manufactured here |

I haven't found much fault with the Chinese manufactured goods I've encountered tbh, but this 'Enfield' outfit brings to mind images of loin-cloth clad tinkers sat cross-legged on a dirt floor holding a piece of tin between their toes whilst bashing some sort of shape into it with a goat's thighbone. |

I'm mourning the loss of skills in this country rather than questioning Chinese standards. It was refreshing in Marrakech to see everything hand made and repaired rather than thrown away. Nostalgia rules. |

Well, I've just pulled the pin on an Indian 'Clubman' tank for my Velocette which are unobtainable in the UK. According to some in the VOC, they fit well and appear well made. Time will tell, I'll keep you updated ![]() |
