So. My first experience of HD support to the Buell product, my rear LH isolator(L0504.9) arrived this morning from Chester Harley................................... I kid you not. |

As you already know, I have them in stock......dont use Chester for parts (or anything else !), call Riders in Bristol and speak to Steve in parts.....dont forget to mention UKBEG for a 13% discount. |

 .............. but ironically.Sooooo. I speak to HD Chester, they apologise, laugh about the other person who will have received an isolator instead of their glasses, check their stock, explain they don't have any more and assure me they will re-order asap and phone me let me know when its all back on track.  5 minutes later, no phone call but an email pings in with the title "ORDER CANCELLED" Lesson learnt. HD dealerships are only to be used in the absolute last resort, and not even then. |
