needed a portable jig for helicoiling my rear cylinder , :yup:

so came up with THIIS ,1 inch hyd rod reamed to take 3/4 inch hyd rod ,the smaller rod x two ,one is drilled tapping drill size to keep the drill on the center line of the plug hole the other keeps the tap on the center line of the plug also ,the reason the 1inch rod is used is because plugs are set into the heads in a 1 inch ID hole ,needed a bit of cleaning to seat the rod full depth in and square ,the slotted holes allow the jig to be used front n rear SOOOOOORTED
