Now gets re-directed to an "under maintenance section" of http://www.harley-davidson.com

I fecking wish they made their mind up....After raping Erik you'd think they wouldn't be so petty as to retain the rights to his website! OR is this a sign of a possible future partnership that I have somehow missed?

You need to get out more. Harley bought the Buell name - and yes they're that petty (or maybe malicious and embittered).

Erik has his own web http://www.erikbuellracing.com/ and at a guess would rather have it that way now.

But the funny thing is that most of us here love him for his Sportster engine derived products...

Aye, but they didn't get his reputation ;) If that dickhead Wandell had read Othello at school, he might have thought twice :?

Only because they didn't allow Erik a freehand to fully develop bikes like he wanted to. The Helicon was an uncut diamond, and now Erik is on the threshold of releasing the RS, I think people will have to stand up and take notice soon :yup: :worthy:

Much respect but will it be the muscle bike that is popular with the majority here? Or a Panigale destroyer?

Oh dear I hope not, I test rode one in the wet last week and I nearly did a little wee in my pants.

Oh yes they would !

I'm actually surprised that Wandell hasn't dropped the V Rod line - after all, it's too quick to be a "real cruiser", and Erik did have some input into the motor ...
