got this a while ago from states ,ad a nanosecond spare at work safto ,had a look at it last night and recond there was some deformation of the cover over the clutch ,i was right ,measuring the machined lip to our bed plate found the lip was 40 thou out at the cover hole at 7 oclock , cut an m8 bolt down ,now pitch of a m8 bolt is 1.25 mm so one revolution of a nut equals 50 thou , three goes warming and raiseing the nut 15 thou at a time i now have the lip to within 3 thou out at the 7 oclock point ,this was done by lifting the cover off the plate with the nut ,then clmping the cover down at each end so there was a gap in the middle of the cover to the bed plate, then warming SLLLOWLY and watching the gap close up then left to cool REEEEESULT ,lip is now only 3 thou out at 7 oclock just need to get the rest of the damage tig filled by rangid and a new boss for the gear change tiged in
