Had the pleasure of riding a mates new zx10r today. I say pleasure, more like shit ya pants hang on till it kills you sort of fun! Don't get me wrong, 3digit speeds in 2nd gear at ridiculously low revs is fantastically fun, whacking the throttle open, spinning up the back tyre and fighting like hell to put the bike where you want it wasn't to my liking. My main point is that although bikes such as zx10's are great fun I have never been so pleased to jump back on the good old xb and just enjoy my ride and not feel like it was trying to kill me, for all I hate and love my buell in equal amounts I'm certainly pleased I followed what I wanted and didn't conform to the norm.

A few months back I saw a zx10r get dropped outside a Honda dealer of all places.

I love and hate my Ulysses too. Hate: in town for the low revs vibes and seat heigt. Love: as soon as I get out of town. Every thing about it in this environment. The solution: a Honda step-through 125 for town work.
