The WP's have rebound in one leg - compression in the other.

Not to get personal, but what's your weight? Heavier oil will help if you are a larger rider. Also, when was the fork oil last changed?

You can muck about with gold valve kits and the like (no idea how to dial those in to be set up the best), but you could also cut straight to the chase and swap in a set of X1 Showas.

I have a set of Maxtonised WP forks on The Grenade that I bought off Beef. They can go faster than I can ride...

Saying that though, weigh up the cost compared to X1 forks. You could get a pair for well under £200 delivered from the states before HD put a stop to world trade and free markets...

I went for a set of Racetech springs and Racetech Gold valves and am very pleased with the ride verses the stock set up.

like Pash says X1 forks are probably more cost effective.

I put some new old stock X1 forks on my S1 and the improvement was well worth the £200 they cost delivered from the states.
