Hi All, :?:

does anyone know of a good set of mirrors i can put on an XB12R so i can actually make out whats behind me? the vibrations through the bike make it nigh on impossible at the mo.

A few people have tried a KTM mirror and liked it but for the life of me I cant remember what sort

Wheel balance weights (or similar) attached to whatever mirror you have helps the vibes, Looks better if you have a mirror with a hollow body to hide them in though.

I have a bar end and its more stable that the standard ones although you cant see as much

thanks for the suggestions, all very helpful, i'll take a peek at the bar end option, as it stands i can normally only see my elbows anyway.
i'm staring to get a crick in the neck with all this looking over my shoulder ;)

I have one GSXR mirror on mine and not suprising it does not shake at all whilst the buell one does. Its only when I point out the Suzuki one that people notice.

Oberon bar ends work brilliant on my X1. which vibrates alot under 3000 but can see all the time.

I don't have any mirrors on my 12R these days, gone back to the Bugeyes. After a little bit of getting used to, they're better than any mirrors I've had on the 12R, the M2, or any bike before.

Look a bit "special", though, but I don't care what I look like. No vibration at all.

Having no mirrors helps the lane splitting as well...!
