Post subject:  Firebolt fairing frame

Hi
I'm trying to fit a 2004 xb12r firebolt fairing to my suzuki sv 650, just wondering if I can fabricate a fairing frame to fit it. Does anyone have a picture of a firebolt fairing frame? Or any pointers
Thanks

Infact does anyone even know what you call it?
I've trawled the net for 'firebolt front subframe' and 'firebolt fairing frame' :headbang:

Dave,

in my old parts manual it is listed as:

brilliant, thankyou very very much. As a result I've managed to source one, pretty steep though might see if I can get a picture see if they are easy to make.

i think they are made of cast ali , rather than a steel tube frame , so could be a pig to modify , would you be better off just making a mild steel one to fit ?
try a local dealer an get some digi pics

A picture of the bracket is available at http://www.geohannahsxbcentre.co.uk look in the chassis section,
the picture is upside down but it will give you an idea ;) happy building :D
