You are far better off using coppaslip than loctite on the majority of a Buell .............. very few parts require loctite in my opinion

What style or type feultap/petcock do you recommend for this aluminium tanks?
I asked Holtworks ,and they say every type can be fitted ,but what is a good option?

I spent all day Saturday making a light weight petrol tap for a Trials bike I'm finishing off (every Gram counts ) It turned out lovely and worked well, until I decided to turn some barbs on the outlet spout to save the weight of a clip. The fekin tool on my lathe dug in and the chuck mangled the tap out of all recognition - I walked to the door of my workshop and launched the remnants into the woods - much to the alarm of some passing Ramblers
