TiForce Titanium - No other system come close for sound, looks, build quality, weight saving or bhp gain IMO but the cost may make your eyes water - shame the black silicone spring covers are missing in this pic - they set it off a treat

torque hammer + 45mm aero pipes (assuming they will work together)
or ti force full exhaust
either way i'm green with envy ;)

dont see many people going with the 48mm aero pipes for some reason - is it the price / do they require a lot more work?

I think Tubbs pointed out that bigger headers on a 9 lost you a lot of mid range. That may also be true for 48s on a 12. The Ti Force has 49mm headers, but it also has conical diameter reducers feeding into the X collector.

Like Equinox I recently let Twin Motorcycles install the Torque hammer exhaust. Where Equinox has had the original headers of his Ss replaced with aero 45's TM advised me to swap the original XB9 headers for XB12's. Worked out perfectly!

My Buell race exhaust just doesn't rust fast enough so I can go buy another one :|

Maybe time to go ride some more over the salty roads these days...
