I have never read this mag. Is it any good? Who will read this survey? Why dont they come to East Kirkby and talk to the owners rather than this robotic free to make survey?

A friend of mine buys has a subscription and passes them on to me.....is actually one of the better monthly mags today. ;) Although maybe they are still afraid to meet a bunch of hard core Buell enthusiasts who may prove to be more knowledgeable than they are, and it allows them to edit out the unfashionable

I get it on subscription in addition to all the freebies that drop through our letterbox. I rate it as one of the better magazines.

And don't get so tetchy :o This is a regular feature that they run covering all manner of machines. Same format every month and it's largely a data gathering exercise. From a magazine's point of view it's probably the most effective way of covering a topic like this when their time is at a premium jetting off to foreign climes for launches and running big road tests

Are you not confusing journos with HD dealers there, Steve?

Me too.

And I am ready and waiting if they want to know whether a Ulysses really is an adventure sport bike... ;)

Me too - I loved my Uly. So much so that after 2 years of GS ownership and a parting fling with a V-Strom (don't ask) I'm currently looking to buy another.

Yea they have problems, but most bikes do

In fact, my 'bullet proof' 1150GS has had more money spent on it fixing things than I've spent on any of my previous bikes... combined!
