My Oxford Hotgrips digi control had a fault. Called them up, first day, and they said they would call back wene they had it and did on the second day. Got it on the third day. No paperwork asked for and was handed it as I walked into the shop. For leaking waterproof boots I could have had an exchange or refund no probs.

May not be the case for all though.

I have had lots of stuff from them - 3 lids, 2 boots, hot grips, etc, etc and the price and service has always been very good. Unlike some HD dealers as far as Buells go anyway.

I always buy from Infinity in southampton... A Great bunch of lads and as you say the prices have always been more than reasonable.. plus they also just gave me stuff to do the buell uk beg challenge free of charge..
