Aye, saw the signs for that today.With the going heavy, the St John's will be busy with defibrillator.They normally get a few of the old duffers

Rode like a chiunt down there today, stayed for a short while as they restricted movement so rode like an annoyed chiunt down to Tenby along the coast , kin lovely ride for chips then annoyed loads of people on the way home , job done. |

I will be at Pendine this Saturday. I have entered one of these. Apparently they have not had one on the sands before, so whatever speed will be a record. If you are coming down, call by and say hello, and bring spanners

Tenby and saunderfoot area will be closed off for local "iron"man competition over weekend , best to get to pendine via Laugharne. https://eu.ironman.com/triathlon/events ... wales.aspx fecking cyclits everywhere.  Goodluck Steve

Thank you young man. You should be able to see the diesel smoke across the water. I am hoping that Ironman closures are just on the Sunday, but thank you for reminding me. |
