Congrats on the 80k very impressive. Thanks for the photos, I must get up to this show one day. Interesting exhaust on the 1125, I bet the passenger has a nice warm right foot |

Glad that I never went now that I've seen that "Do not sit on this bike" placard on the Beemer. Saved myself £100. |

Shame about that, the rest of the BMW's were accessible. The R-nineT range, in all their variants, do look appealing. Clean, simple designs and they look a quality product. My Guzzi has only required routine servicing during its 80,000 miles. It has proved to be remarkably reliable and the finish has held up very well, especially the engine paint. Far superior to the Ulysses in this respect. Fuel economy on the Guzzi isn't too good, average is around 43mpg but the Buells will easily manage 55 to 60mpg. In addition to routine parts like tyres, oils etc. the Guzzi had a new battery at 71,000/10 years and a new rear brake disc at 75,000. |
