If my backs ok after surgery, I could make it You've never had back surgery before  They'll have you up and walking within 24 hours, but you will still have had a 2" or more cut through the skin, fat and muscle of your back. That'll be delicate for a while! So my wife said as I took a shortcut down a cobbled street on the way home...mind you she was more descriptive!
