Hi everyone. I've posted about this monthly event before but thought I'd big it up again as it's the July meet tomorrow night (Tues 12th). Everything turns up to this friendly chatty event, cars, bikes, specials, customs the lot....everything except Buell riders that is!! Only me there last time on my Firebolt all on my ownsome. Must do better UKBeggers! starts at 4-ish and goes on until everyone decides to leave. There's tea/coffee/snacks and loo's at the village cricket pitch club house and food and drink at the local pub. See y'all there folks! |

Just had a top evening out here with some mates, who said they were going for a ride out..a real eye opener..I will be going again and getting there earlier...bit of a mini brooklands...recomend it to all fantastic  and to put the cream on the cake the road back to the A47 is as smooth as snake shit on glass, a real roller coaster ride

Well....WOW! With the weather being decidedly changeable all day yesterday I wasn't sure whether to go to Ashby Folville in the end. When I finished work at 4.30 the rain had stopped and the sun was poking through so I went for it...and I'm so glad I did! Some people were less fortunate than me and got totally drowned getting there but in the end the turnout was better than the June meet, there were thousands there! Early doors (around 5pm) there was even a fly past of a bi-plane who did a few loop-the-loops and barrel rolls for us! Well done Buelligans, just me last time but lots of us this time. I counted 8 Lightnings and 2 Firebolts as well as my own. If anyone was there who reads this and took any photos please let me know I'd love to see them. Next meet is on August 11th, if you've got even the slightest interest in anything 2 or 4 wheeled I'd advise you get yourself there! Cheers Mr Smoff |
