At lunchtime I posted Centre Passes to;

Darren x 1

Silverstone have sent me two extra Passes. We're not going, so has anyone else booked for WSB through the UKBEG scheme?

It looks as though you'll have a cracking weekend at Silverstone - forecast is set to optimum :sun: :yup:....

I still haven't had firm details about the track time/parade laps so Alan (albert666) has the contact number to arrange things when he arrives at Silverstone.

Don't forget you will need to produce your driving licence (both parts if applicable) to be allowed on the track.

Thank CJ for the passes. Sorry I haven't been in touch before but we arrived back from Europe on Friday, had to dry everything out before heading up to Silverstone late Friday afternoon. Northern Spain was a little bit like Glastonbury at its worst.....!!! :(

Unfortunately, for some reason the track time was cancelled, as was the access to the paddock...in fact the only thing we could do was ride into the circuit.
Thanks for all the effort you have put into obtaining the passes etc. Shame Silverstone reneged on the deal.

Had a great weekend though, with fabulous sunshine...... :sun: the first we have seen in our two weeks spent in northern Spain, apart from one and a half days......!!!!!

Glad you enjoyed the weekend at Silverstone but it's a shame they didn't offer you the chance to ride on the track and visit the paddock - it clearly shows these as main features of the 'Bike Club' offer :?....

Do you guys still want to do the BSB round in September - even if there's no track time?

Yep, we will be there. I hope it's a lot warmer than last year's September BSB though...we froze, and we had taken extra stuff (inc. duvet!) too because we had to go by car... Hopefully will be on the bike this time (weather permitting, of course). :yup:

Reminder for BSB - 23rd to 25th September......

We set off for the Buell event in Germany on 20-09-11. If Silverstone can get their act together, I'm going to try and send the BSB Centre Passes out week commencing 12th September.

Please bear this in mind when booking for the event. Ideally I would need your booking BSB reference numbers by the 8th September latest. I just have Nick's (sillyb) details at the moment.

BSB - 23rd to 25th September
Weekend ticket @ £18 per person = 50% discount.
Plus £2.50 booking fee and £6.00 special delivery charge per booking.
Free motorcycle centre passes and parking in the Bike Club Zone.
Free paddock access.
Free roving grandstand access.
Free parade laps on the Grand Prix circuit.

Weekend camping tickets cost £35.
