Evening everyone.
Just traded in my K1200R for an 1125CR. Only 300 miles done so far but great bike.
This is my second buell, had an xb9 a few years back.
Seems to be having a problem keeping charge in the battery, get that sorted asap.
Cheers

Dougie

Welcome I think there were issues with the early 1125r draining batteries. I'm sure someone will advise. I think it was a instrument cluster thing? Didn't think it carried over to the CRs tho unless it's a stator prob.

Thanks for the welcome all.
I'll go check that now.
Its a Jan '09 CR, but sat until I bought it 2weeks ago, bound to be 1 of the last.
I read somewhere it was either stator or regulator so will have a look and ring dealer in the morning and see if they have heard of this and will post up.
Hope to get it sorted asap, heading to Germany in 3weeks and last thing I want is it stopping on way to boat.
Cheers

I've got a very early '08 1125. My battery ended up holding 4.5V after being left for a couple of days. Yoffie swapped the battery for me and I've not had a problem since.
