Hi fellow buelligans bit about myself 1st bike FS1E [ ragged it everwhere ] at 17yrs got RD250 and then RD400 . Gave up bikes when married but eventually got "black bin bagged" and returned to my true love with a RD600 . Great bike but my back and body wasnt up to a racing crouch anymore . One trip to HD and after a brief test ride i was sold it had to be a BUELL ! On my second XB12S now [ those who live in Mch area may have seen me - ime the bloke wiv the big grin inside his lid ] . I attend bulldog every year and also M A G events and will hopefully meet you all at some BUELL events this year. Happy new year - RIDE ON !

Hi and welcome , only joined myself at the weekend . The first bike i owned was a bsa bantam sport ,1973 ( showing my age now ) , we used to ride out to Leysdown out on the isle of sheppey in kent without crash helmets in those days , going downhill with the throttle to the stop and a following hurricane you could just touch fifty , those were the days , last summer i went down the road without my helmet on for a giggle and i spent most of the time wiping the tears from my eyes and swallowing flies , i am sure it used to be more fun than that . Got rid of a Yamaha Maxim x for the Buell xb12 , that was a good bike but a bit thirsty, i still like flat fours , wwhat i need is a stable for all the bikes i want .enjoy life .

Ooh a fantic now that really was the machine of dreams at 16yrs. Never got one but grew up with pics of Laverda Jotas on me bedroom wall and never managed to own one of them either - arh well theres always the lottery... just need to buy a ticket! PS my first taste of bikes was on my dads old ariel square four what warped your mind to bikes ?
