My introduction: Hi, have been lurking as a guest for a few weeks, since putting a deposit down on a Red CR1125, with the high handlebar option, which I should be taking delivery of perhaps next weekend. Never had a Buell, nor never ridden one, I currently have a R1100GS and a Ducati S4. In fact I don`t know if I`m even going to keep it as I also just put a deposit down on a S1000RR, but waiting for my visit to the NEC Friday and a ride on the first demo bike before I make my mind up. Am a wrinkly old git of 53 years, had more bikes than I can begin to remember and occasionly tell my wife that one day I`ll grow up, give up bikes and buy a decent car

evening gadget luckily for me i'm getting my 1125cr from a guy who's decided not to keep it..............hopefully picking mine up on the 12th if all goes to plan

I`ve got mine via a mate, who put a deposit on two CR1125`s. He has apparently sold his already, before taking delivery. He has offered to take mine back, I`m still thinking about that at the moment. Decision time, waiting to see what the S1000RR looks like tomorrow. Don`t normally buy new bikes, dont like the depreciation, but have decided to treat myself.

Big welcome from here - we actually had a Gadget among us in the very early days - I'm presuming you're not he.

He was on the run with Rocket, Me & Derek P to the Drag Racing at Elvington in 2000, and was at the time the MD of the Gadget Shop empire ..... should have sold it while the going was good
