There are a few of us in the NW, though pretty quiet on the rideout/meet front, though hopefully there'll be some opportunities later in this year.

The convention here for more than twenty years has been DIY. Organise something and see who (if anyone) turns up. Unfortunately, these days very few people post regularly here any more. And even fewer from North West England, so that approach is probably not going to work for you any more. I'm from Cheshire and hopefully I will have a bike on the road after lock down is lifted.

I should be posting some details of meet-ups across the north once things ease up a tad.

I would be up for a bimble over to rivvy if we get a decent weekend (and the stars align with a blue moon coincidental with a Preston Guild etc) after the lock down relaxes mid May.

Provided all the given preconditions are met and we get a three day weather window with no rain, I might just suggest a bimble over to rivvy (or elsewhere) a day or two in advance of it happening. Should finally have a bike ready for the road pretty soon. In time for the May relaxation of lock down, perhaps.
